Our commitment is to provide quality services within Peru, so we recommend that you read our terms and conditions of service.

Reservations

By making a reservation, you expressly confirm that you understand and accept our reservation, payment, liability, and cancellation policies.

Reservations must be made with sufficient advance notice. This will allow us to reserve the airline tickets, hotels, and services necessary for a pleasant stay in our country.

The reservation is considered confirmed upon making the corresponding 60% payment, and the difference must be paid 5 days before the scheduled tour.

All reservations must be confirmed in writing and/or through our website.

Foreign students, they must be duly accredited as such (subject to student regulations).
Clients must have a valid passport to enter our country. Your passport must be valid for 6 months from the date of entry to Peru.

All reservations must include the following information about the client or group:

Full name and surname
Nationality
Passport or ID number
Date of birth
Dietary restrictions (allergies, intolerances to certain products, vegans, vegetarians, etc.), if applicable
Airline reservation code if the passenger makes the reservation independently or through an agency external to Lovevac Travel.

Rates

The quoted rates will remain valid as long as they have been booked and confirmed at the time.
Our rates are expressed in US dollars (USD) and soles.

To pay for your reservation, we accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards. If you do not have either of these cards, you can also pay by bank transfer or deposit. Lovevac Travel does not assume any additional charges for these transfers.

Discounted rates for children will apply based on the child's age and the service booked.
Payment Methods

We accept payments online and in-person with the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

We also accept payments through Western Union agents and deposits via bank transfer.

Cancellation Policies

Please note our definition of group size:

Individuals or FITs: Up to 7 people
Group: 8 or more people.

In the event of cancellation by the client more than 40 days before departure for a private trip, and more than 60 days before departure for a group trip, the full deposit paid will be refunded, less a USD 25.00 administration fee per person (bank transaction fees will also be the client's responsibility).

In the event of cancellation between 40 and 21 days before departure for a private trip, and between 59 and 31 days before departure for a group trip, Lovevac Travel will refund 70% of the total service price (banking fees will be borne by the client).

In the event of cancellation between 20 and 10 days before departure for a private trip, and between 30 and 15 days before departure for a group trip, Lovevac Travel will refund 50% of the total service price (banking fees will be borne by the client).

In the event of cancellation between 9 and 3 days before departure for a private trip, and between 14 and 3 days before departure for a group trip, Lovevac Travel will refund 30% of the total service price (banking fees will be borne by the client).

If the client cancels less than two days before departure, there will be no refund. In the event of a flight delay, we will provide the necessary facilities to continue the travel program; however, any additional charges for transportation, food, lodging, etc., will be borne by the client.

Cancellations and refund requests must be made via email by the person who made the reservation. The request will be responded to on business days.

If the services contracted with Lovevac Travel include hotel reservations and the trip is canceled by the client, refunds, changes, and/or penalties are subject to the hotel's policies.

A client's no-show for the scheduled service will result in the total loss of the contracted service with no right to a refund.

Likewise, the cancellation or withdrawal of the contracted service(s) during the trip will not entitle any refund.

Some services may be interrupted or canceled due to weather conditions. In this case, no refund will be given as a result of these interruptions or cancellations beyond our control.

You release Lovevac Travel from any liability for any failure or non-compliance by the airlines.

Lovevac Travel will not be responsible, and you release this site from all liability, with respect to:

The accuracy of the photographs shown on the website, as they are representative only and do not guarantee that upon arrival everything will be exactly as seen and/or described on the website.

The star ratings assigned to hotels and services, as these are based on the interpretation of Lovevac Travel and/or service providers; and may differ from the ratings reported elsewhere.

The descriptions of the various services advertised are updated by Lovevac Travel constantly and to the best of its knowledge and belief, but do not guarantee that everything will be exactly as it is upon arrival.

Any failure on your part to obtain the required travel documentation, including passports, visas, or certificates.

Any failure on your part to follow travel instructions, including, but not limited to, airport departure times and hotel check-in and check-out times and dates.

The terms and conditions and/or policies of direct service providers. Lovevac Travel assumes no liability, and you release this agency from all liability, as well as from any claims, costs, expenses, or losses you may suffer; including any personal or third-party injuries, accidents or death, damage to personal belongings, loss of enjoyment, anger, disappointment, distress, or frustration, whether mental or physical.

Despite constant website updates, there is a possibility that some prices may have expired or may be due to erroneous information. If the correct price is lower than the quoted amount, Lovevac Travel will apply the lower amount.
