Policy Against Exploitation and Harassment

In order to maintain an environment of equality and respect in each tourist service provision, the company has a policy of protecting staff on duty, tourists and/or passengers, as well as vulnerable populations who are in the geographical area where the tourist service is provided against exploitation and harassment. Therefore, we have this policy that has the following terms:

• Prevent by all means that personnel providing tourism services, as well as tourists, use offensive gestures and/or words that harass vulnerable groups, service personnel, and tourists.
• It is prohibited to share images on social media that convey inequality, harassment, and discrimination against vulnerable groups.
• Restrict physical or psychological exploitation of vulnerable populations by service personnel and/or tourists.
• Treat all those involved in the service, as well as the vulnerable populations living in each geographic area involved in any tracking or tourist service, with respect and equality.
